Pulley Event Center dedicated

Dayle (left) and Jack Pulley unveil the plaque dedicating the Jack and Dayle Pulley Event Center at The Sandbox on Feb. 11. The couple was recognized for their service to the City of Derby, McConnell Air Force Base, and surrounding areas.
